By accessing or using the Morsch Academy platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

Morsch Academy is a digital educational platform that offers courses, mentoring sessions, content and materials produced by experts in healthcare, aesthetics, technology and clinical innovation. Content may be purchased individually or through a subscription.

To access platform resources, you must create an account with true, accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

Content is for personal, non-transferable use only. Reproduction, distribution, transmission, public display or any form of commercial exploitation of the content is prohibited without prior written authorization from Morsch Academy.

All platform content — including videos, texts, images, brand, logo and educational materials — is the exclusive property of Morsch Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Prices, payment conditions and refund policy are described at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by certified partners (including Stripe). For questions, please contact our support team.

Morsch Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms of Use, commits fraud or uses the platform in a way that is harmful to third parties or the company.

Morsch Academy does not guarantee that the platform will be available uninterruptedly or error-free. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other, however privileged.

We collect information you provide directly during registration (name, email, phone), platform usage data (lessons watched, progress, interactions) and technical data (IP address, device type, browser) for operational and service-improvement purposes.

Personal data is used to: provide contracted educational services; send communications related to your account and courses; personalise the experience; ensure security and fraud prevention; and comply with legal obligations.

Your data is not sold to third parties. We may share it with essential service providers (payment processing, email delivery, cloud infrastructure) under confidentiality agreements, and with authorities when required by law.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. After account closure, data may be kept for up to 5 years for tax and audit purposes under Brazilian law.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), you have the right to: confirm data processing; access your data; correct it; request anonymisation, blocking or deletion; revoke consent; and obtain portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@morschacademy.com.

We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Your data may be processed on servers outside Brazil (including the EU and US). When this occurs, we ensure transfers comply with LGPD requirements and use standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to "remember" your preferences and deliver a more personalised experience.
